In 2025, Thomas Ezrin joined Freshworks as Senior Vice President of Total Rewards, marking a transition into a new industry and operating environment. In this role, he oversees global compensation, benefits, and recognition programs designed to attract and retain top talent in a competitive SaaS market.
At PayPal, Mr. Ezrin spent approximately seven years leading global total rewards. Joining during a pivotal moment as the company transitioned to an independent public entity, he built and scaled a comprehensive global rewards function.
He also served as SVP of Global Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility at Mattel. There, he repositioned the organization as a performance-driven, purpose-led company. His work included reimagining pay-for-performance strategies, strengthening employee engagement, and modernizing rewards programs to reflect evolving workforce expectations.
